Dayna Carr is an urban ministry leader based in Greensboro, NC. For 15 years she has been engaged in Christian community development efforts in an under-resourced community. She has led multi-ethnic youth ministry programs, helped launch a neighborhood-based private school, and currently leads a residency program for college students and young adults seeking to integrate faith and justice. Dayna is a staff missionary with InFaith, a domestic missions agency. She is a graduate of Azusa Pacific University Seminary with a Master of Arts in Transformational Urban Leadership.
Evan Welcher is the senior pastor of Vine Street Bible Church in Glenwood, Iowa. After losing his wife to cancer, Evan wrote the book Resplendent Bride, chronicling the love and loss of his first marriage. Rachel Joy Welcher is an editor for Fathom magazine, and has her Master’s degree in Bible and the Contemporary World from The University of St. Andrews. She is the author of two collections of poetry: Two Funerals, Then Easter and Blue Tarp and has written for The Gospel Coalition, Mere Orthodoxy, RELEVANT, and The Englewood Review of Books. Joe Blankenship is the Pastor at Springs of Grace Bible Church in Tulsa. Joe also serves as executive director of One Hope Ministry and President of One Hope Coaching. Joe has served as a pastor at Springs of Grace Tulsa since 2001 and before that pastored for 10 years at Grace Church of Collin County in Texas. He has been joyfully married to wife Rosa since 1983 and Joe and Rosa are blessed with 11 children, two son-in-laws and four grandchildren. All of Joe and Rosa’s children are heavily involved in the One Hope Ministry tutoring at risk students and leading sports clinics and other demonstrations of love in the Tulsa Urban Community. Joe holds degrees from The University of Tulsa (B.S.) and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (M.D.I.V.).
Miriam Boone is the Program Director for One Hope where she’s helped develop and direct an after school and summer tutoring program and an urban ministry internship for college students. She received a BA in English and Bible from The Master’s College and completed the Christian Counseling Education Foundation’s Advanced Biblical Counseling program. She has an M.Litt from the University of St. Andrews in the Bible and the Contemporary World. Miriam and her husband Nate live in Tulsa, OK, with their three awesome kids.
Nate Boone is on staff at One Hope where he provides leadership for the summer internship for college students. He holds a BA in Bible and a teaching credential and is Paramedic, R.N. He works part-time for EMSA as a paramedic, part-time for Hilcrest as a nurse, and is pursuing his Masters of Theology from Calvin Seminary.
